Nekter Juice Bar

As much as I need a smoothie sometimes going into this particular location isnt always worth it. The young staph are constantly rolling their eyes either while youre ordering or while chatting to each other while they make your order. Its an unpleasant feeling going into this location. Its a real shame. They smile and say hello but their childish behavior over shadows their efforts. Im sure theyre aware of it but dont care. Maybe they need better management. If their employees werent so cold maybe their smoothies and juices would taste better. I wish I didnt feel I had to write this review but customer service is crucial for a successful business. 10/19/22 Update I have had a lot of incorrect orders in the last year. A couple weeks ago they did not make the oatmeal for my app order so they gave me a $5 gift card. Then my bowl was only half full and they gave me another gift card. Of course the second gift card didn't even work. I'm keeping a five-star review because every time Sunny works everything goes perfectly. Clean. Great service. Perfect for my juice fasting.

Every person at the Mitchell Ranch location in Trinity is kind, competent, efficient & goes above and beyond. The store and products are maintained meticulously, super clean and the juices are always 10/10. Its the customer service for me! Bringing curbside orders when Im rushing to work is super helpful. Ive never received an incorrect order or anything but perfect service. Great promos & rewards as well. Saves me so much time from when I used to juice at home.

Love the smoothies and the warm and friendly customer service from Nella and Brooke! Definitely will be back!! You won't be disappointed my smoothie was so refreshing :)
