I thought it would be a nice idea to go to a florist and have an arrangement of flowers made for my wife . I walked in Thursday at 1:15 there was a Hispanic lady in her late 40s working in the back in plane site of me. I even the the door alarm sounded when I walked in she didnt approach or say anything . I waited there for around 5-7 minutes trying to get her attention but she never looked up. I guess they dont do walk ins maybe ? Instead I drove right down the road 2 minutes bought. 50 dollar arrangement from Bloomingdales florist ! Dave yourself time and go right to Bloomingdales !

This florist received an order from my boyfriend specifically for my favorite flowers that he paid extra for. When they realized they did not have them in stock, they: 1. Did not contact him to see if he would like to change his order or be refunded;2. Sent me a random assortment of carnations and daisies;3. Did not offer him a discount or explanation for blatantly sending me a cheap arrangement; and,4.  Gave him an ~$8 discount refund after a call complaint. Inadequate customer service over a simple issue in my opinion. Arrangement was average, probably could've  gotten the same thing from Publix for a fraction of the cost. Disappointed.
