Well these guys are not only able to get in to do inspections with periods as small as 5 days but they get them out same day! The presentation of the report is easy to understand and share with clients. I found them after calling multiple inspectors like 1st Defense and haven't looked back. I even recommend them to agents on the buyers side when they don't think they can find someone to do an inspection in a short time frame. I recommend using Ozzy Tello for inspections. He is professional, prompt, and detail oriented. I get the reports back extremely fast and in a detailed format with photos. I highly recommend Peace of Mind Inspection Services. Their office staff is friendly and easy to get a hold of should you have any questions. Five Star service!

I was impressed with the inspection. He took time to do a walk around and explain things he found. He discussed the major and minor findings. The report was thorough and very helpful for me in making a decision as to whether or not to complete the purchase.
