AVOID DIANE and you will enjoy!!!
I have shopped in the store three times in the past few weeks. On the first visit, Diane was rude and condescending when I asked for advice, but the other sales woman, who was pleasant and helpful, jumped in to help me, which saved my experience. I purchased a couple of things from her.
On my second visit, I was with a friend. I tried on a dress, and my friend said the dress made me look older. Diane said in a condescending manner, "Not too old to be on the cover of such-and-such magazine!!" She made a couple of other comments, then ignored us, speaking to the only other woman shopping there. We left without purchasing. My friend had never been to the store, and I had not told her of my last experience. She was shocked.
On my third visit, I was treated wonderfully by the gentleman proprietor. He was helpful and lovely. I purchased some slacks and he spent extra time advising me of washing instructions.
I hate to be negative as the two other people were great and the clothes are nice, but I am still shocked that the person whose name is on the door would be so rude.
