Rejuvenate Active Recovery Centers has everything needed to relax and recover from daily stress all under one roof. I have used the light bed three times now and have noticed a great increase in my energy levels. I suffer from chronic neck pain and after my very first float my neck pain was gone! During my second float experience I was able to let my body completely relax and experience a pure state of sensory relaxation. The owners and staff members are so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I plan to continue using Rejuevenate Active Recovery Centers to help me recover from daily stress and relax my worries away!

Was in town for a week a decided to try floating at Rejuvenate, this was my 4th time floating, and by far the best experience yet. The benefits to floating are tremendous, and the other services they offer are certainly worth checking out. I would highly recommend this facility.

Awesome group of people, really helped me recover from some terrible jet lag with their light beds! Felt amazing and refreshed. Would recommend to anyone trying to combat jet lag— or anyone looking to feel generally energized and revitalized. They’ve got some really amazing facilities, the Chryo and float were also extremely beneficial and made me feel like a new person. Wish I lived in state because I could only imagine the incredible benefits of weekly visits!!!
