Im really big into holistic care for myself and my dog who is family. I was really excited to see a holistic vet in the local area after moving here. Was hoping to find someone passionate about what they do and someone that is responsive. Unfortunately I paid around $800 for an allergy test and some shots along with trying to find out whats going on with my dogs ears. They said they did a swab- never got the results from anyone just called me and said the doctor recommends picking up ear drops and seeing if it helps. I asked again whats going on and they said the doctor will have to go over that with me. Its been almost a month and his ears are still bothering him and no word on the allergy test which they said would be 7-10 business days for the results. They keep giving me different answers and saying its an in house test and dr Swanson is behind. I can understand being busy and getting behind but COMMUNICATE that with your clients, dont make me call you every week trying to figure it out! We have pets and want to make sure they are okay thats why we are seeing you! I had to take him to another vet that checked his ears and told me what was going on within my actual visit and we were able to help him out and take care of his ear infection. Poor guy had to wait so long with this issue and we would still be waiting if I didnt go to another vet and pay money for the same thing that dr Swanson never got back with me on. In my opinion very unprofessional and I would not take my pets here. Which is very sad to say.
