Naples Ft Myers Home Inspections

The park is clean and although there are full-time mobilehomes, they are all well maintained. We stayed in September and of course as it was off season the park was quiet and not many people there. Tony the guy that checked us in was friendly and very informative. If we come back to Marco/Naples area we would consider staying here again.

My husband and I sold our property and decided to fifth wheel. We selected this park because it is Florida beautiful and nearby our family, while we are in Florida. I can not express how thrilled we are to be here. It is like being with family but we still have privacy. We were sold on this location after meeting Ken(Park manager), Tony (an absolute sweetheart) Linda (amazingly willing to accommodate) and the other awesome employees. They have helped making this home for us. It is an older park that is going through some updates and will be more beautiful when the updates are completed. I can't say enough about our new home and although I would like to keep this little pearl to ourselves it is so worthy of a visit!

Huge park, some standing water on the roads when it rains. Extremely close to some outdoor activities, restaurants and basic shopping, and 20 min from anything else you might want: shopping, beach, entertainment, eating, etc. They have removed many of the oldest built in trailers, about half of the lots are still older but nice built ins, most look nice and well maintained. They upgraded the electric pedestals and /here are a lot of new spots with either pavement or pavers. All the spots will hold the largest of RVs and a truck There are no shade trees, all the lots are 4 foot apart, it's one huge field. The pool is nice (owned by the Hitching Post Community across, there is a lot of community events (put on by the Hitching Post) in the Pavillion that stop the bands by 10pm, a small dog park, a nice mail room, a bathhouse with a couple of large showers (I think the could have fit at least one more.) Friendly staff in the office. Reasonable prices for the area.
