I called this company on February to do do an assessment on my roof before summer begins. I already knew from two other companies about the soft spots I had. I chose them because the report was impeccable and suggested the structure was solid and they were able to start the process right away. The roof was replaced according to schedule, the inspection was done by the city and everything went good. Now, after the first heavy rain. I went to the attic to see if everything was ok. I can tell, the job done was solid, and I am recommending them as they deserve it.

We cannot recommend this company.  After we sustained significant damage from Hurricane Michael in October 2018, we contracted with E-Z to restore our home.  They completed some of the work, received a hefty chunk of insurance money, then abandoned our contract.  Twenty-two months later, we are contending with an unfinished house that does not meet some of the building code requirements and the continuing consequences of their subcontractors' substandard workmanship:  incomplete insulation, an improperly vented fireplace, inadequate attic access, and 15 growing cracks in the ceilings they installed.  Based on our experience with them, their motto should be:  "We over-promise and under-deliver."
