Papa Johns is the biggest crook in the pizza industry! First of all, you cant just walk into a store and ask for their specials. You have to order online for that. Next, you have to download the app to order on line. Then you have to give them all of your personal information, regardless of whether you want takeout or delivery. They want all your personal information in case you have a complaint. Then when you order, select specials, order specials, they bait and switch you with items that are not part of a special, even though you are in the specials menu. Then, you dont get to see what you are being charged until you are in the check out stage. Then when you want to call the help desk to complain, you have to call a store and when you get the automated message, you have to lie and say you are placing a new order to get a live person. Then when you get 1, and get the help number they try to explain that they are not falsely advertising and then they direct you to go back to the app and fill out the feedback form to be contacted 48 hours later, which does nothing for the hunger you felt while you were jumping hoops trying to get a pizza the same night! Come to think of it, I shouldve rated them a 1 for all the aggravation!

Last night we ordered a large meatball Pizza.About 9:15 pm.I picked it up.All 4 complained and hated the pizza ! The meatballs were unbearably spicy hot and overpowered the pizza. None of us could enjoy the pizza .we discarded the pizza .We wasted our money & tip. Upon leaving ,I stopped back into the store to voice my frustration with the pizza & the waste of money .I calmly explained the situation & was verbally attacked by both men .told me I dont believe you ,anyone can lie to look for a refund,He couldn't refund me Both were nasty and unprofessionally laughing at me !I told them how do you talk and act to a customer? they continued being nasty !! They said they tasted the meatballs and never spicy we were crazy and lying They said they were both managers Then I asked who the owner was I cant disclose who the owner is I said I was calling corporate they said didnt care cause it was Franchise It got even nastier they told me to leave the store To look in mirror how trashy I wasDavid was one name It just was a horrendous, appalling, unprofessional, & nasty experience !For the pizza ,embarrassment & rude treatment ,I should be reimbursed accordingly plus more & disciplinary action should be taken against those 2 for the obnoxious experience To represent the Papa Johns brand.
