I was very fortunate to have Debbie as our agent on my recent condo purchase in Naples. She was great! Showed me exactly the properties that I would be interested in, and in this very active market, helped us negotiate a price that was acceptable to the property owner and myself. In three days we went from seeing properties, to purchasing one at a fair price. And since that time Debbie has been very accessible and has guided us through all the steps needed to get through the closing process, and taking care of all the details with various vendors and the condo association. It is not often that you can say that buying property was fun, but Debbie made it so. She was a great find for me in Naples.
