The best decision I made in a long time was to call Larry. My husband and I have been looking for some time now for a condo in Naples in a very specific area. We had spoken with several realtors and received updates. I called Larry because he had excellent listing that sold quickly. I wanted to be with someone in the know. Larry referred me to his son Rock, Rock sent us listing hours and sometimes days before other realtors did. He found us the perfect property and made sure it was smooth and no complications. Do not sell your condo/home with this man! He is highly unethical, inconsiderate and dishonest. This man is so deceitful that he didn’t present another very serious offer to the seller, who he was representing, which could have made her more money on the sale of her condo. Instead he pushed her to close the deal with a buyer that was also represented with his firm so that he would receive double commission. Shame on you Larry! This man takes advantage of senior citizens and I’m shocked that Sotheby’s puts their name on his website.
