I can not tell you how pleased my wife and I were with our total experience with Toni. We live in Illinois and we were looking to buy a place in Ft. Myers for the winter. We had found a place we were interested in. Toni was able to go there and assess the property for us. She FaceTime us while she was at the condo and checked everything out.
