I recently rated Steve's personal google page but wanted to reiterate how great of an experience I had with him on his broker page.... Steve helped me with finding my first investment property. I have to say, since I bought a place late last year, I have heard even more good things about his other associates in the office too. I had a tough situation with a real estate transaction that resulted in a legal matter up north. I was in Kings Lake when I stepped into Steve’s office because I was thinking about buying something in Naples after my property sold in NY. I told him I wasn’t looking to buy right now and he took the time to talk to me about the steps I would need to take after I resolved my issue and had my money ready. It took me less than a minute to read that he wasn’t in this just for the payday. He genuinely wanted to help and he didn’t care if I was buying right then or two years from now. He gave me a lot of helpful information and I told him I would definitely refer my friends to him if they were looking for property in South Florida. He is a licensed real estate instructor, he has some sort of advanced certification from the Realtor Institute, and he has his loan originator license as well. Highly recommend, because I don’t normally do reviews like this.
