Estimate of work seemed knowledgeable and professional, if a little pricey. Actual work was not. Arrived late and took from 2:30-9 PM(!) replacing water heater and hard wiring it. Today, plumbing work failed county inspection. Since I am leaving state, requested immediate repair for reinspection. Was scheduled for 2-6 arrival. Its almost 7, and still being told theyre coming. Filled out online form received a call close to noon, paid 129.00 for service on Sunday, and was talked into 149.00 year program paid both up front. Called four times, last time call was 0930 and spent 8 minutes on the phone. I was told between 6-10pm at NOON, with a call 40 minutes before arrival. Finally received a call and was told," I only come to emergencies." I felt that I was not important and non emergent. Well, I paid 129.00 because I have no air conditioning.14 minutes later tech Showed up and within 10 minutes I am told it was my air blower motor and would cost ~2200-2300.00 for a motor. A motor people!! I played along and than cancelled my order after tech left, and called 800 number to refund my yearly program fee as I will NEVER use this company again. I waited for exactly 4 hour window with no call and quoted a ridiculous price. Also not parking in my drive way is a clear indication of not intending to stay long. By the way the tech when I told him I should use Conditioned Air he replied,, "well call them" Evidently Best Home Services employees believe so much in their positions and that their company work is abundant. Well, work wont come from any one I know or refer for any type of work Best Home Services does. Nothing Best about this company. Service: Repair HVAC

Chris (supervisor) installed plumbing which hastened the availability of hot water at the taps in my villa home. Josh (tech) installed a whole house water filter also. Both of these folks were on time, professional, and neat with their work. The results are very successful. Best Services Naples plumbing is excellent.

While my Trane gave them a hard time locating the issue and getting needed parts they kept at it until my unit was back in operation!

After a 8 month ordeal with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone took 5 trips to correct issues with an AC unit. The new power outlets needed too be reinstalled less than a year later. The the pan for the new AC unit flooded twice and the drywall had to be replaced twice. I will say all of the techs I interacted with were Great. But the company is over rated. I gave them plenty of chances and they still failed. How does a new AC unit fail 5 times in 8 months? Maybe it's a quality issue? $40000+ later. I will never use them again .
