Very satisfied with customer service!! You HAVE to have good customer service at your business!! The staff were so helpful and informative and so was Dr. Kesselman!! He has been the only doctor that Ive had that is so informative and explained everything! Hes awesome and I will be returning here for all future eye needs!!

Found new sunglasses with a recommendation from Shelley after buying my 4th pair of glasses at JC Penney at Coastland mall. Shelley handles multiple customers with courtesy and efficiency. She has been there for my last 3 pairs of glasses. She always helps me choose the best frames and offers every discount available. She is always pleasant and helpful even when it is really busy during season.  In a time when it is hard to find good help, she is a keeper and a treasure!

I've used this service and location several times, with consistently great results. Each time I've had the pleasure to work with Shelly, who is professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally service oriented. She knows her merchandise, her policies, and her customers. Her attention to detail and  her interactions were consistently focused; she went over and above the call of duty, regardless of whether I was the sole visitor or there was a line waiting for her. She took her time and made each customer feel welcome and well tended. If you need eyeglasses, give this place a try. You'll be glad you did.
