Scheduled an appointment for my 65lbs Bull/Pug. They arrived on time. The staff were wonderful in getting acquainted with my dog and treating him with awesome care. Overall, very impressed and happy with the service. I will definitely be a permanent customer. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. I highly recommend Pet Grooming by Julia.

I recently scheduled an appointment for my Pomeranian puppy who needs his first haircut (badly) now that most of his adult coat has grown in. I was very excited for my appointment with Pet Grooming by Zulia because of the mobile grooming services provided, as well as the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when my appointment was randomly cancelled via text, with no explanation, and no follow up message was sent in an attempt to reschedule my appointment. For the record, I am an easy-going client who rarely complains, but I am frustrated because grooming appointments at highly-rated places in the Naples-Marco area are usually booked up for several weeks. I will delete my review if anything changes; however, at the moment, it seems as though I will need to book elsewhere and be patient again.

I have two dogs and they have never been as cute and smelly as with this company, the attention is excellent and the best thing is that you don't have to leave the house. I recommend it 100%

I had emailed asking for an appointment for 2 dogs. One small poodle mix and a golden retreiver. I asked for cut, bath and nails. I was quoted $50 and $80. When they were done I was charged $85 instead of $50 because it was a cut rather than a trim (I did ask for a cut when I requested pricing) and $100 instead of $80 because the Golden had more hair than they expected so it look longer to dry. My golden doesn't have long hair, actually shorter for a golden. Either way what do you expect when a Golden is scheduled. Overall the cuts were not bad but the bait and switch on pricing is ridiculous. Do not recommend at all.
