Mr. Foden, hired my company to install a pool light and transformer. After completing the work the invoice was sent via email. A couple of months passed and I contacted him via text message. He ensured payment would be made but never followed through. To date, the invoice is still outstanding. For anyone considering hiring his company, please consider his personal decision to not pay licensed contractors.

We hired FCI to paint our entire house interior. The job included a large area with 28' walls and coffered ceiling. It was detailed and time consuming. After a scheduling snafu they did a very nice job throughout. We're very happy with how it came out. Reasonable pricing.

Had a rusty metal roof. When FCI powerwashed, they even powerwashed my solar panels. Original quote was for two coats of paint. They weren't satisfied and added a third - no extra charge! Highly recommend.

Great job by FCI painting. The crew was very punctual and professionalism and work ethics impeccable. From the time they arrived until they left for the day they worked non-stop. They painted all doors and trim in side making them look brand new and pressure washed my pool deck and cage, then painted the deck. Truly a premium job. Thank you Richard and crew!
