We have visited this store three times and made one large purchase of two outdoor sitting areas. On my very first visit I was impressed with a sales representative, Nicole, by how knowledgeable she was about each product line and how she was willing to listen and cater to custom needs. Therefore I brought my family for the 2d time. I liked their selection (there is something for almost every house style) of patio furtniture, some metal wall sculptures, and accessories. Their focus is patio furniture and they carry quality products which necessiates corresponing pricing. They do have seasonal sales, if you are price-sensitive, but just be aware that pieces/sets they carry have more durable materials than you can find at Lows or Home Depot, thus they will be pricier. All salespeople I observed were willing to listen and help, with Nicole being my personal recommendation. This store not only delivers, sets up, and fixes any issues (within reason and warranty), but they also have a great follow up. We have received not only a hand-written thank you note, but also a gourmet box of chocolates as a thank you for our business. And if you are not sure whether you will buy but are shopping around, stop-by just to see their selection or to get some inspiration and enjoy a free cappuchino. Also, beware of the cafe next door ("nectar lounge") as what they sell is not regular cocktails and coffee but something with toxicating effects which they did not disclose when I visited. So, if you are serious about furniture projects, get your coffee at Zing Patio instead while letting Nicole show you around. Maybe even visit Baer's furniture next door for your indoor needs. These two stores next to each other make it really convenient to shop for all your furniture needs. Good luck!

4 years old stools and this is Zing quality. I purchased 5 year warranty and found out it will only cover accidents only. The company that made these quality stools we are told is out of business. I wonder why.$1362.00 for junk.I cant post pictures but the cheap paper thin fabric is flaking off the stools an look like something you would never buy if you could see them. Zing did say they were sorry.
