        Yesterday there was a gentleman at the print area that wasnt helpful at all. I understand that he was ready to leave in 15 minutes as his shift was over, but he could have been helpful while he was on duty. In the past, there was a very friendly lady that always went above and beyond so it was shocking to get this type of non-service.
