        Can’t get an appt and the patient service is terrible. Takes on average +20 mins to answer the phone and then 2 weeks to get an appt. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

        De. Novak is not willing to take on rare or extreme cases. His treatment protocols are based on old science. The doctor did not review any of my records prior to meeting with me nor did he provide any alternatives or recommendations for other medical professionals. In short, not worth my time or money.

        A very confident Neurologist. He read my MRI results on the test for Pituitary Tumor, Acromegaly. I am forever grateful to him. A successful brain surgery was performed at the University of Florida, Gainesville. I was 48 at the time and today I successfully made it to age 77.
