Chris Duffy stole $ 400.00 from me he refused to refund my deposit after our move was canceled took him to small claims court on 12-21-22 guess what Chris Duffy never showed up for the court date this tells you how Dishonest he is so what ever you do don’t do business with this company and Chris Duffy you will be SORRY! The guys were fabulous. Friendly. Professional. Very careful. And fast. Booking the appointment for the move date was easy. Even when I contacted them to make a time change they were very accommodating. I was Moving an elderly man from one senior living to another which can be very stressful to that population. The guys, Will and Irvin, made him feel important and cared about. All in all I don’t have one complaint. Easy. Best price in town. I would use them again and will recomendable them at every opportunity. Thanks Move4U!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I spoke to Chris, the owner of the company, told him I needed to move a king bedroom set from a house to an apartment which is 15 minutes away. I also gave the owner different days available to do the move for his convenience, I was very clear when I told him, today Friday September 10, I had a very important meeting at 1300 and his workers must be at the house no later than 1100 if they wanted to do the move today. Chris insisted on doing the move today 🤷🏻‍♀️. The movers first call was at 1037, stating they were 30 minutes away; at 1205 I received another call from one of the mover Bernadette, stating they were 10 mins away; at 1303 the third call was made stating they were still 10 mins away because they needed to pump gas. By that time I had to cancel a meeting that was scheduled a wk ago. Last call made was at 1325 when they had finally arrived at the property… now, this is where it gets interesting… They showed up in a Uhaul truck to do the delivery, they didn’t have a single tool at hand, so they had to borrow our tools (screw drivers) to take the bed apart and to have the cherry on to they scratched the footboard in three different areas… At that time I had lost my patience called the owner and told him what had happened. Chris started arguing with me instead of listening the issue at hand, not caring about the scratch on a new and expensive piece of furniture and the fact that I had to reschedule a very important meeting simply because he was irresponsible with the timing, all because he wanted to make an extra buck… When his worker admitted to the scratch , he then said he’ll take care of it within a week. To be continued…. WHAT A SCREWED UP EXPERIENCE, to say the least..
