Lost my package, tried for a week to find out where it was with awful customer service. Eventually the manager told if I wanted to waste my time filing a claim for it I could but its their word against mine, and nothing would come of it! Unbelievable.

I mailed a prepaid package. A week later I got it back and was told there was no postage paid on it so it was returned. When I mailed it, I was told to put it on a pile of packages under a sign that said prepaid. I even asked a clerk to be sure that was correct. Today my husband was told very rudely that his wife must not have taped the form on the package very well. Then the (male) clerk basically said Not my problem, just pay again or leave. My mother was a lifelong USPS employee, a Postmaster for many years and she would be totally ashamed of the service given to us .

Always stop here for stamps and to do my bulk mailing for my real estate buyers and sellers in North Naples. It is usually quite busy but the staff does an excellent job of getting to everyone quickly and is very patient. One of the best post office branches in Naples, Florida.

Unsure if outgoing mail at our apartment complex is being picked up, since I haven't been able to get a human to answer the phone. When I dropped my time-sensitive mail in the the box, it sounded like there was a lot of mail in there???
