We knew we wanted IKEA Kitchen but we didn’t really want to sit in the busy showroom or some small office to create our kitchen design. Ikea salesperson told us that we can also do this from home. We attempted to do it by ourselves online but soon decided against it. It’s not as easy as it sounds. When we emailed Sergio to see if his company can do the measure and plan for us, he replied that it will cost us $200-$300 if we hire them for that option. They charged $400 and refunded $200 when we signed up for installation. For total cost of $200 we found it to be of great value to us. They made sure we have the correct parts list and extra items needed list included with the kitchen plan/design. We spent roughly $10k on parts and installation, so $200 was a small price to pay. They give free quotes if you email your plan. They never tried to up sell or charge extra for anything. There was a small glitch with Ikea delivery but we understand that it’s a new normal with all that is happening in the world now. We recommend that you buy the cabinets at least a month in advance so you don’t have to worry if any one part is not in stock and available immediately. Kitchen Craft LLC installers did a wonderful job. It really is amazing to see the progress they make from out of box to assembly, installation and carpentry in a few days. We strongly recommend their service to everyone.
