Have lived in Naples since the early sixties have had Don come out on different issues on different appliances and he has always able to get it up and working Quick response and on time with a fair price that no one can match Thanks again

I called to get a repair at 1:00 pm, my dryer was fixed and running again by 3:50 pm....Awesome! This mom has no time for dryer downtime

Requested service. Told me it may cost $300 to repair. It would cost me 3 to 4 thousand to replace the refrigerator. I stated that and he basically ended the conversation with "good luck". I said you are refusing to do the work. He did not hear that part as he hung up. He doesn't know this, but you will know this. This is my second time trying to get service from Don's Budget Appliance. Both times he refused. One for a dish washer and one for a refrigerator. Please note Don's reply. He never mentioned he did not have the skill to replace two lightbulbs or work on the popular product. Perhaps if he wants to learn the modern products he could go back to school but he mentions he is too old. Doesn't change the facts I posted nor does it change he hung up on me. He left me with these two words Good Luck. I found a person who came out saw the problem and replace two bulbs. So I had his sarcastic good luck.
