I have been with both doctors for many years. They are always kind and considerate, and care about me...I am not just "another patient". Now that Austen has returned to the team, the office is running more smoothly and efficiently than ever! Highly recommend Dr. Raynita and Dr. Melwyn.

Both of these doctors are THE best Family Practice doctors I have ever found. When hospitalized 3 times through ER, one of them was there within 1/2 hour. Yes, they may run a little late occasionally but you also don’t have to hang on to their lab coats to get all your questions or concerns answered! Bedside manner second to none. THEY REALLY DO CARE!! Austin is a great addition to the group. I never have to worry about prescriptions or anything else not taken care of with a phone call. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Perfect compliment to the practice! 5 out of 5 stars for him too!

I must give a special thank you to Austin in patient/customer service. Austin is truly awesome at his job and shows Excellence in his customer service skills. He is extremely friendly, responsible, and responsive along with being an effective problem solver!! I would also like to thank both DRS. for their commitment to providing Superior and Responsible heath care services! I've been a patient for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a health care provider.

Melwyn D’Souza is kind and knowledgeable, his staff is not! I had a stroke 10 years ago and they didn’t renew my meds unless I paid a office visit during Covid, which I offered to pay in cash but his staff declined! I contacted the medical staff AGAIN they were extremely unprofessional. They asked me to pay every 30 days for heart meds, spoke with Melwyn, he apologized and agreed to give me a 90 day supply, his staff still acted as telemarketers. I have reported him due to his staff and have found out he’s being investigated by DEA.
