My house looked no different after they left. Their idea of mopping is dragging a damp rag across the floor. They didn't vacuum the carpets, they didn't clean the stainless appliances, they basically cleaned the granite the same way they mopped the floors......drag a damp rag across them. I offered them the opportunity to come and look at the basis of my complaint, but they refused. To their credit they did issue me a refund, but then 2 weeks later I get a disparaging email from them basically defending their practice. I would strongly urge you to find another service.
