We love our new Pulte home here at The Ranch at Orange Blossom . There is a perfect blend of community and privacy.

Please think twice before buying a home here, even renting is actually a disaster. Communit itself is very nice, however if you are like me and get a house for privacy and some peace, then stay away from this community. The noise here is a culture and it doesn't only relate to gardeners turning the whole community into an Armageddon from 8am all the way to 5pm every Monday, but the bigger problem is this community houses people who has absolutely zero consideration for the noise they are making. Kids squealing like crazy on backyards, junk cars showing off their engines, just look music outside, extremely overcrouded houses. If you think you may enjoy such environment, this community is for you, otherwise stay away. I lived in houses and apartments for over 10 years renting and have never had nearly as many issues with neighbors turning community into a monkey jungle. Glad we are renting, will be out in half a year and never look back.
