i went down to Naples Fl from Boston all excited to go have my swing evaluated at this place i heard about and they sell the PGX golf clubs
went to the appointment and after it was over told the owner what I wanted to go with the PGX and oversize grips get back home didn't hear from anybody so I called left messages finally get a call back ask how things are coming along . his replies was what kind of clubs are you looking for now
I was a little P off went over the order again and ask him about credit card he said I will get it later ok 2 weeks go by call the secretary answers I ask her hows my clubs and when should I expect them delivered again she didn't no anything about my clubs she said they probably did not even order them in till you pay in full now im in a panic I give her my credit card and tell her the guy I talk to a few weeks ago told me not to worry he would get the credit card off me later. I told her to check with Joel and get back to me no one got back to me that day Joel calls me and tells me he talked to the secretary its fine however little behind looking at 2 weeks wow your kidding ok 2 weeks go by call Joel get him on phone and he tells me he got the heads in the shafts on back order 10 days wow ok 10 days go by call Joel get him on phone he tells me we got some of them in however the people before you i had to do first yours will be hear this Friday wow ok I call him Friday get him on the phone he say all the parts are in great can you put them together tomorrow and fed Ex tome by the holiday weekend please ya I will try he says get a email fed ex will drop them at your house Saturday before noon awesome Saturday morning is here im not going out till I get my new clubs so I hang around the house 12:00pm comes and goes I text Joel whats up my clubs are not hear yet ???? 1/2 he text me back ill go by the fed Ex place to see what happen 1 hr goes by and I get the tex they did not pick them up at my shop you will get them on Wednesday I could not believe it
Joel did not make sure my clubs got to fed Ex on time I don`t no what to say I have been sick all weekend its Tuesday I hope they come tomorrow
