Prestige Moving

I would NEVER recommend Prestige Moving and Storage located in Naples, FL.. We purchased full coverage insurance for the move and also for items in storage. Jeff Smith, the owner requires everything to be paid in advance. Then when things are damaged epithet while in storage or during the move he refuses to submit a claim. He won't provide the name of any insurance company, a claim number or the name of an agent. It is my personal opinion that he is taking the money for the insurance and not purchasing an insurance policy. It's a scam. Beware!

Hello to all!! This is in response to 1 star rating from customer Jickling. The entire claim process and associated paperwork can be found under BBB website. I can understand the frustration the settlement of claim is not what customer has hoped for as I expressed in my letter dated 27 May 2021. The resolution of their claim is based on the amount of coverage elected along with the deductible they selected. In this case customer elected $75,000 of coverage with a $1000 deductible. In this case each item that customer listed on the statement of claim was paid in full in the amount of $885.93 with exception of the rolling work table. I also waived your $1000 deductible that you selected. I am not sure what else can be done on our behalf to satisfy customer. The item that was denied on the settlement of claim was a Martelli work station that is constructed of HDPE and should have been disassembled by customer or a third party directed by customer. Customer elected to have the item moved by our staff as is. Please review the attached letter for full explanation. Copies attached include the following: Statement of claim completed by customer.
