Update - Was contacted same day by their staff and advised they would ship the correct materials for next day delivery. Very pleased with the prompt response and the corrective action taken. Thank you FL Fasteners for "making things right". Ordered their retro fit kit with stainless steel screws at $150 and received regular steel screws instead which cost half as much. Not impressed with order fulfillment so far. Let’s see if they make it right or not.

The products Florida Fasteners provides are exceptional. Their online customer service is equally an A Plus operation! I have used their products in the past. I recently purchased the Pro-Tect Bronze pool enclosure kit. What a great product! I would never have thought about putting silicone down the the screw sleeve hole as recommended in the included material. All items were provided to accomplish replacing rusted screws in my pool enclosure with professional results. They sent white caps instead of bronze caps. The bronze caps were sent the next day! I wish all companies operated this way! Thanks Florida Fasteners!
