        No shopping carts, store was a disaster. I understand they are closing but nobody working had any clue about ANYTHING and were very rude. This is another reason Sears / Kmart failed

        Been shopping at the Sears since Coastland Mall opened. Sad to see they're having your closing out sale last time I was at the mall couple days ago. I assume they're going to close this location. Prior to when the Coastland Mall and Sears opened someone would have to drive to Fort Myers for department store shopping. it's amazing what I reflect on that and see how large Naples in the surrounding areas have grown. It will be sad to see Sears leaving.
