Just walked out of the office! Came for my daughter’s first appointment (was very hesitant due to reviews but decided to try anyway!) and sat for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Walked to the desk to find out what was happening when I noticed my daughter’s name had been crossed off the list yet we hadn’t been asked to fill out paperwork, or asked to wait, or ANYTHING. Neither of the front desk ladies were there and I had 3 different workers see me standing there and again, not one person offered to help! Wish I would have trusted the negative reviews as they turned out to be truthful!

Nice staff, super busy. Easy x-ray machine. Not much time with dentist...given incorrect dental plan- so ask questions! Others coming in for procedures shocked at huge payment amounts due so know what your getting into. Nice building, clean office.

Very efficient staff, pleasant exam rooms with nice outside views....arrived for appt & was called in quickly. Hygienist was thorough & knowledgeable.

This was one of the worst dental offices I have ever been too. Please do not go here. My first appointment here for new patients took approximately 3 hours, just to take a few x-rays and have the Dentist look at my teeth for not even a minute, said I needed more x-rays. Then he ran out and no one came back for me to take my x-rays. It took them another hour just for me to be checked out. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the dentist to sign off on a prescription, but before that I left. Then I called to make an appointment and asked how much my visit would cost with my insurance and they said in total $600. When I arrived at the office for my next visit, they said the total was $1600 and my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. When I’ve been to multiple dental offices with the same insurance and they covered most of it before. Instead I asked for a refund because I was over this office. 20 days later, still have not received my refund and I called their office and they transferred me to their manager, then they hung up. I did this about 3 more times and they kept hanging up.

WHAT A JOKE!! Scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance to get my mohlers removed. Drive an hour. Come to the appointment that I scheduled for 11. They bring me back, clean my teeth and tell me I'm done. I told them I was supposed to get my mohlers removed. They said that appointment is at 2:30pm. They didn't even communicate to me that I was getting my teeth cleaned at 11 and mohlers removed almost 4 hours apart. So I go shopping and come back at 2:30. They tell me it's going to be a 2 hour wait because 2 people are ahead of me. Meaning they wouldn't be taking me to the room until 4:30. So I wouldn't be walking out of the office until 5:30-6. A WHOLE DAY WASTED!! because of poor communication and a horrible staff. This is the only place that accepts medicaid around that I could find. They would be out of business if it weren't for that. Save yourself the Trouble and don't come here.
