My child was bitten multiple times from 10 months to 12 months old and when I reached out to the Director Leanne Badham on several occasions to discuss the incidents with me, she would not respond to my emails or return my phone calls. I even stopped in the office and was assured that she would call me which she never did. Apparently she communicates to the parents she would like to deal with; it was disrespectful and unprofessional to treat a concerned mother like this. To me this exhibits a true lack of concern and compassion. If you ask too many questions about your baby being BITTEN (habitually) you will ultimately be "terminated" from the school which is what happened in our situation. This place is too expensive to provide such a subpar level of care. Look elsewhere! There are much better places with caring directors and professional staff with education and solid credentials. In reply to your response that was full of lies and inaccuracies, I was never once contacted by the director and there were never "THREE" meetings. I was never threatening to other families or staff members, that is an extreme lie when I have never even spoken to another family there. Furthermore, I have three reports, photos of bites from three separate occasions that were all provided to DCF. It is interesting how reports have conveniently gone missing with your "most educated staff". Above and beyond would have at least been a returned phone call which I never received.

Staff is very dismissive and abrasive with parents. No academic achievements like they claim only interested in taking your money.

Please read the reviews. I did and I did not want to place our daughter here. I lost that argument. I've picked her up a mess before, dirty diaper, completely wrong nap times reported, so thirsty she drank a full bottle before we drove home 5 minutes away, food on her face, and watched a guy put his hand right in the gate and in.. Great security... My other half convinced me, it was ok. Our daughter was not Once, not TWIce, BUT THREE TIMES IN A MONTH BITTEN and two of those times were WITH IN A WEEK!! The first was on her arm and I guess I can understand. The next 2 were on her sides and the last one's BRUISE OUTLINE IS STILL THERE TWO MONTHS LATER! You tell me if that happened fast and what my daughter had to endure. The director then played the same game of her head in the sand and to the point of trying to accuse me of scaring the staff, until my Mrs. called her out and then it was, your Mr. doesn't feel we are a safe environment for your daughter..HELL NO I DON'T! I guess saying "I don't want to talk about this right now, please call my wife" and did not say 1 more word as my little one is literally wrapped into my neck still whimpering and holding her side. I guess that is intimidating from a protective father that's child was just bit twice in 1 week and this time BLOOD WAS DRAWN. They literally bully parents out that push back on their lies on why your child got bit. It isn't right and there are a TON of better places. The head classroom teacher even felt bad saying she has a classroom full of biters and they can't keep up with them. There is a reason they have no cameras... And I started chatting with a client before her 2nd bite and their family had the same experience too... Think Twice, no Think THREE times and trust your gut. In response to the sad attemp to slander me.. I find it comical that your lies continue. Screamed..never happened as does that really match a person that says to call his wife..Try again and you better check your timeline on when my daughter was bit because you're gonna need it. Threated staff and parents.. Better have your so called cameras video ready to prove that and be prepared when your staff is called upon under oath to verify if this was even close to my demeanor. Why would ANYONE act aggressive towards the people that watch your child.. I mean come on Really..And we even brought in classroom treats several times.. Yep that's the behaviour of someone that screams and threatens. Ms Monique is great and is the one part that we both hated losing as our daughter loved her. I wanted to know who the biters were.. Nope, what would that solve.. Waiting for parents, are you kidding me.. IT'S your facilities fault for not doing YOUR job and watching our children, not us parents that aren't even there to guide children to not sink their teeth into other children. Meetings between us and me interrupting?? It must be yet another parent's child that got bit because WE NEVER SAT DOWN WITH YOU.. Your staff instantly advised my wife that Gabby was not a fit for your facility and don't bring her back before she was even relayed what happened as she tried tracking THE DIRECTOR down via emails as she couldn't even have the respect to call either of us.. And you are very correct that I never told you about her diapers, dirty face, etc because my wife did. But I screamed and continually threatened EVERYONE, right... But again you just destroyed your own made up narrative because a HOSTILE parent would have probably taken that approach at the moment it happened correct, not calmly took pictures, documented, and then sent to their other half to handle since they chose the establishment.. Yep, hostile threatening person there that waits around for people.. lol You should have kept to the facts and the truth and not made such false accusations towards us as you have now directed yourself into lies and defamation of character. My lawyers will be in touch soon.
