        Today I had the most amazing experience at Waterside Shops with Banana Republic.I was despondent when I bought 4 things online that were last sale no returns allowed, Nothing fit appropriately because they were high waisted, a new fashion that I was unfamiliar with especially after the pandemic, but I called them and they said bring it on in for store credit. Originally I thought I would have to try and consign or take a loss .All pieces still had their price tag FYI and were not worn. They were delivered less than a week before. They also made another $70 off me with my return and store credit and purchase. Great team ....great customer service. Thank you! You made my weekend
