Todays my arrival time is 1:20 pm on 6/3/2022 and I have sever pain from my foot surgery, I tried to speak with receptionist to get instructions and I can express my pain issues, he is busy talking his personal through clinic phone and he wasnt totally happy that I was there in that moment, he kept pointing at me to hold on. Finally I had to sign in the sheet that I found myself because he didnt want to know what did I want , then I had to wait my turns, after long period he saw the signing sheet and called me and just asked me what did bring you here without asking what happened or what is the issue in my food, he charged me for a co-pay. I hope the things happen good when I get in with the doctors.

I was refused to be seen even after stating I would pay cash due to an insurance issue. After the girl at the desk spoke with doctor and they decided it would take too long to see me before closing!

I have tried really hard to be patient...no answer, no call, terrible customer service...11 days and no test results My suggestion would be that you find a better way to communicate with your customers. They deserve a modicum of respect and consideration.
