Coit Cleaning and Restoration

This company is very unreliable. Every appointment I made with them , they either canceled or did not show up .The owner was rude and verbally abusive. As far as I know, they are not licensed, bonded, or insured. Do not hire this company. I would give it "0" stars if if could!

Tech 66 was here this afternoon with another tech to clean my outdoor furniture including all cushions. They did a very quality/ good job. I had some mold spots which they were able to eliminate in the cleaning. They also showed me how to clean under the cushions ( strapping on the wicker) where the mold starts. Recommended doing this once a month. Very professional for sure. Will have them return for some indoor cleaning after COVID is behind us.

I’ve had troubles getting stains out myself but COIT really helped a lot, they where on time, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!!

They ruined my tile after cleaning and color sealing it. Don't use them! Management won't call back.

Do not have this company seal and color your tile! Especially in your shower. We thought they did an amazing job at first and then week after week it kept going back to what it was originally. We called them back up after a few months and a manager was sent out and did another shoty job. I’m done with them and trying to warn others not to throw your money away. I really don’t think they are using the right stuff, they claim 8 years, hell I’m lucky to get a month!!!
