Reliable Permitting & Business Support Services

This company was hired by an out of state shed company to permit a shed we purchased through Lowe’s. The experience was horrible from the beginning. We didn’t find out for a month that they couldn’t find a survey. When they came to us and requested one, we asked for specific setback information and were told to just put a square on the survey to designate the placement of the shed, and that we were complicating things. Ultimately we were delayed another week because they did not complete the payment of permitting fees, and then the permit was rejected by 4 departments at the county including incorrect setbacks, the drainfield not being shown on the survey, and they did not supply the specific building information to the county as to roof materials, siding and windows. After speaking with one of the reviewers at the county myself, and being in rejection status with the county for over a week and 2 1/2 months into the process, we cancelled our purchase because no resolution was to be seen. This company has no idea how to complete a shed permit even though the information is clearly detailed on the county website. They continued to make excuses and place blame elsewhere while allowing delay after delay.

Bad Company I do NOT recommend to any contractor or to anyone.. I would HIGHLY recommend Master Permitting ANY DAY to work with instead :)
