I came in with my Senegal and got the red carpet treatment. Very knowledgable, great customer service, and even gave me Cuban coffee! I will definitely come back and tell my friends to only buy from Birds Paradise.

I just bought a pair of Blue Eared Starlings from Genemmy’s Bird Paradise in Naples, Florida, and I’m already a loyal customer! The starlings were about half the price of what I found elsewhere, but I’m in Utah, so they had to be shipped via Delta airlines. Billy and Genie were extremely helpful, they didn’t charge me extra for the trip to the airport, and they kept in constant communication with phone calls, email, and text messages throughout the entire process. The starlings are healthy and beautiful, and they arrived safely in the best reusable shipping container I have ever seen. It was well-constructed, literally bolted shut, and comfortably furnished with wooden perches and a generous food cup. When it comes to shipping containers, I’ve paid much more and received much less. Billy and Genie are obviously experienced with shipping. My whole experience was positive and Genemmy’s Bird Paradise just became my favorite supplier for exotic birds. I’ll be back for more!
