I came here earlier. All I wanted was a check. A free check that they usually give for their new customer. I was offered once by a different Bank of America and I declined it because I didn’t need one. I never got one but now I do need one. It’s ridiculous.... I came in here and all they said is to do it online. And sent me off. They could have guided me or pull me a side and show me. Or even explain more. You have to pay for a check book that cost up to $40 dollars online. I know they have free sample checks and that’s all I needed but No. they wanted me to do it online. If I can give 0 stars I would. One of the worst Bank of America I ever been at. Also there was this guy who was basically did nothing. I don’t know if he’s higher up but it looked like he was walking and staring only. He could have helped more. So annoying. Get it together.

By far the worst business banking experience I've ever had... I had to leave town and needed to add & remove an authorized signer to my account. Nope... They wouldn't allow me to remove an ex-employee, let me repeat, and EX-EMPLOYEE. I'll save explaining why they're no longer employed... They said there is nothing they can do, that's the policy, you'll have to have meeting minutes from the company and all previous signers present. HA! Are you kidding me? It's MY COMPANY, and MY MONEY last time I checked... I've been banking with boa since 2011 and they treat me like a piece of garbage. To boot, I tried to call the 800 number (outside of town now) and wait time is over 30 minutes. I've moved to a local, small bank and I am so pleased. Honestly I'm stunned I've waited this long. What's even cooler is my new bank remembers my name! I'm tired of giant corporations acting this way. Employees and customers deserve so much better than this.
