Public service announcement:  Not going into great  detail here but just be aware that he will not believe anything you tell him.. Even if it's the truth. He is so jaded that he treats everyone like low life liars. His assistant will give you inaccurate information when you call regarding warrants.  He also fails to prepare people for probation.  He fails to tell his clients they will be watched when urinating while on probation.  That's a pretty important detail due to the fact that if you have something called Paruresis, Which is basically when you cannot urinate in front of a stranger, which is a verifiable medical condition, you WILL BE violated.  If he would have told me that in advance, I wouldn't have been violated.    I would have had time to get a drs note. I can't make this stuff up. Truth is stranger than fiction. The probation officer that you think will have the common human decency of returning your dozens of phone calls or emails, does not have any accountability to you.  When you explain you have an appointment to see the urologist, she willPurposely arrest you the same day so you can't see the dr.    In other words they will come to your house when you were crawling into bed and getting ready for your next day of work and drag you to jail. In other words that means that all your coworkers and neighbors will see your photo and the arrest online. In other words that means you will lose a days pay and because you failed to urinate you will also not be given a bond.  You will be treated worse than a rapist or murderer who do  get a bond. .  Just because you have a medical condition.  That means you will sit in jail for 3 to 4 weeks until your upcoming hearing unless you hire a private attorney.   And in final words that means you will probably lose your job and your home and your career and everything you've ever worked for your whole life. unfortunately I found all this out the hard way, so I hope you heed my warning and if you're in a bad situation please choose another attorney. Pay the extra money it's worth it.  I am contemplating filing a complaint with the BAR association so he can stand trial for acting unethically.

Shannon and his staff were excellent. They were diligent and extremely knowledgeable. We had what could've been a life-altering case for our family. He took great care in seeing that all the proper steps were done in order to get the best results for us. We put all our trust in him and he did not disappoint. Two years later he still personally called to let us know when the probation period was over and ask if we had any other questions for him. We never felt like "just another case" and would definitely recommend Shannon and his team to anyone.

I remember when he was with Barry, Day and McFee. Don't waste your time. He tilts toward the prosecution. If your going to pay exorbitant fees then hire Day. McFee gets the same "deals" as public defenders.
