I often frequent Coopers Hawk. I have been a member for years. Last evenings experience was very disappointing. Our waiter, Peyton got our drink order wrong. And it took a long time to get the drinksrestaurant half full. Brought the soup out early after he was told to bring it with the rest of the meals. He explained why he brought it out earlybecause thats the way he always does it. He brought the wrong entree to one guest. My grouper was undercooked and cool . The asparagus was limp and dried out. Wine refills were very slow. Had to ask twice.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday and our 10-year anniversary at Cooper's Hawk in Naples, and it was unforgettable. Mary, our waitress, was wonderfully attentive, making perfect recommendations and ensuring our evening was seamless. Matt, the manager, added a personal touch by visiting our table to share stories and arrange a surprise dessert, which made us feel truly special.
The food was phenomenal, with each dish showcasing the chefs skill and creativity. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Thanks to Marys exceptional service and Matt's thoughtful gestures, our celebration was not just a meal, but a cherished memory. Kudos to the entire team at Cooper's Hawk!

Always extremely crowded and very loud, which is what keeps me from enjoying a meal by dining in. The wine is great and food is as well, but I tend to get food to go due to the ridiculously loud volume (regardless of where you sit) and the crowd.
