Vor dem Stand steht immer jemand mit einem Tablett und kleinen Probierportionen vom Bourbon Chicken, der Spezialität des Hauses. Probiert und für ganz ok befunden und dann natürlich auch mal einen ganzen Teller bestellt. Leider ist das Essen nur lauwarm und sieht auf dem Teller dann meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr ganz so appetitlich aus. Geschmack aber ok. Neben dem Boubon Chicken gibt es noch verschiedene andere Gerichte, die alle schon fertig in der Auslage zu sehen sind.
