After trying many AC folks, Presidential AC sets a new standard for responsiveness, professionalism and reasonable pricing. Bret and his team not only understood my issue. They showed me how to prevent it the next time. One way or another, they always got me a resolution within 24 hours.

I arrived at home and the Thermostat was completely blank, called the main number and a tech walked me through the steps to get everything working again. If someone comes up to me to ask for an AC company I will be recommending Presidential

I called a few places because my AC stopped working. They all wanted $120-$145 just to come look at it. Then I called Presidential and spoke with Brett who ended up being the owner. He didn't charge me a service call fee even though it was after hours. He was out really fast and replaced my capacitor for 1/3 of the price other guys had told me it would be. He had it done in 20 minutes and I have AC again which is crazy important in this Florida heat with 4 little kids. I love that he's an owner operator working to support his family and I got to contribute a tiny bit to that while getting a great service at an amazing price. He's earned my business in the future without question!!!

Had another company out for a quote on our non working air conditioning, the quote was very high and the description of what the problem was seemed fishy. Called Presidential and they came right out looked everything over and did not try to sell me a new unit. They were able to fix the problem and saved me thousands. They did not try and pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and oversell me. So happy I called them - what a relief. It has been a few months and the unit is still working perfectly.
