Following an email from Robert Stahl about a BP claim, I have called 3 times over 12 days and left voice mails. I have never received a call back. Very unprofessional!!

I can personally attest that the company is still in good standing, processing claims. Furthermore Frank get your facts in order related to company structures before attempting to slander an organization.

I worked for Gary during the short operation of his BP oil spill claim center, I have requested documents in regards to my commission and was told that the CFO of a S corp is no longer there and that no one has taken his place.... along with a vague time frame to my request. I believe its illegal to operate a S corp without said structure. either way i have a contract with him, I also found out that I could file an OSHA retaliation complaint based up the actions of his office while being a W-2 employee, but if I do...I will have to pay my attorneys fees and cant recover those fees. so I assume the path of least resistance would be the best path... well I tried, so my next step is to retain a FL super-lawyer and great news for me...FL allows for my attorneys fees to be paid by defendant in civil cases if the party is found to have violated said contract. FACT: I quit when I got word that the investors were going to stop funding....6 weeks later they close the doors,without warning. 80 plus employees shocked just days prior to Christmas and without fulfilling payroll on time or correctly yet again. I personally contacted local media and with their presence payroll magically was fulfilled. FACT: During my 16 weeks of employment with Gary Wittock CPA, 8 pay periods... 3 payroll revision checks were written to me based upon the firms inability to add and subtract correctly. DON'T TRUST YOUR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL TAXES TO BE DONE BY A FIRM THAT MAY BE UNDER FEDERAL INVESTIGATION
