        HORRIBLE...DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They are amateurs and do not know how to clean tile/grout. They did a terrible job and do not stand by their slogan of "you don't pay unless you're 100% satisfied". They left splash marks all over my tile where they "sprayed" (looks more like poured) the cleaning solution on the tile and did not clean the areas. I just hope they haven't ruined my tile floors. They left my area rug dirtier then before they "cleaned" it and now it's stiff (not fluffy like before) AND STILL DIRTY!!! They don't deserve even 1 star, but I'm unable to write the review otherwise.

        Guaranteed 100% satisfaction for tile cleaning. Had to have them back the second time. It took 4 weeks to get them back to do it right.

        My husband and I purchased a condo in Naples last year. We hired Dirt Doctor to clean the tile floors which were filthy. I couldn't believe how well the grout cleaned up and the tile looks so much lighter! They did an awesome job and were super accomodating and reasonably priced!
