        We have used this company before and they were great. We need a new plumber for a different leak now. We called on a Friday and they answered and said they'd be there on Monday morning at 8:30. We waited all day and no one showed up. We called at 4:30 that day and they said they'd come Tuesday at 10 am. Again, no one showed up and no one called. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but we have a plumbing emergency and based on our previous transaction, we trusted that we'd be in good hands.

        Called and spoke to Mr McNally. Told him my issues and he said he would have someone come out in few hours. Mike showed up and was able to fix the clog, he was also a cool dude to chat with. Great guys and got the job done! Thanks again.

        Mike came out for an emergency before Christmas and saved the day. We had a sick family member and the main sewer pipe in our house was plugged. We couldn't use any appliances including the toilets. He had it cleared up in an hour.
