We purchased a new Carrier unit in April of 2017. The A/C is perfect the heating portion has been an issue. Our unit was sending out no heat at all the past weekend of course it was the weekend. The temperature was in the 40's headed for the 30's later in the week. Called and scheduled a repairman to come out the lady I spoke with was professional and sympathetic to my issues. She scheduled a repairman for the second job on Monday. Repairman showed up early and I was grateful. He went straight to work and had the unit repaired within 15 minutes. Learned we were still under warranty so the only charge was his labor. Thank you

Really let down badly by Mark Draper. Paid him for 10 years parts and labor warranty on an a/c unit he sold us and also paid for six monthly check-ups on both our a/cs. Not been able to get hold of anyone at his office for weeks so he has taken our money and gone. Not worth even 1 star!!!

He charged $75 to come out to the house he told me it was going to cost me $2500 To get my unit repaired. I decided to get a second opinion... I am very glad I did. it costed me $210 in total to get it repaired From a different company. Quite a big difference. If you chose Mark for your repair take the time call around and get a second opinion. It could save you thousands.

James came out to the house and was very courteous, informative and had excellent customer service skills. He listened to our concerns, identified the problem and fixed it, double checked it to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. It's never fun having to get your AC fixed but James sure made it a little more pleasant. Thank you James!
