We had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Bob Evans. Tomeka provided outstanding service; the food was plentiful and delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit. Since this review, we have had a chance to go back and had another delicious meal of comfort food accompanied by friendly and attentive service.

Went in at 730am. Ordered eggs Benedict. Got charged 1 dollar for extra hollandaise. See photo. Sad days when bob evans charges a dollar an ounce for hollandaise sauce thats prepackaged. Check out 5 guys instead.

The service and food quality is terrible. It took us an hour to get our food even though we were one of five customers in the restaurant. The food was cold and disgusting by the time it got to us. We only got our drinks refilled maybe once. And then when I go to pay for my food my card wouldn't work... And I just got paid that day. So I knew that I had money but the lady that rung me up blamed it on me and proceeded to ask for assistance because she couldn't figure out how to work the machine. And if you are wondering if my card worked, it did after the 3rd try. I would rather eat McDonald's that has been sitting around for a few hours that would most likely make me sick, then eat this garbage.
