They were the only AC company that responded when my old AC died.. the installation date changed.. Duke requested information from them that was never sent and cost me my rebate Argued with/refused to comply with inspectors recommendations I did not get the type of thermostat requested But here's the kicker: A year after install my crawl space/attic is flooded- a different AC specialist and a separate plumbing company said it was caused by waterline used with my old AC that they didn't bother disconnecting clipping or capping when they were no longer needed with the new AC system. That has resulted in my ceiling crumbling. Service: AC installation

We got several quotes before installing a new heating/cooling system in our home. We were not just looking at price but the knowledge and responsiveness of the dealer. We had not heard of Greens but we chose them because he took the time to explain why he was choosing this system and his price was a bit less. He did not hard sell or oversell. The crew installed the new unit quickly, left no mess and did not leave until we understood everything about the operation of the system. I highly recommend them!!
