Ordered two types of pomegranate trees. Upon delivery the box was a mess and sadly one of the plants looked quite sad . Still hopeful and optimistic I followed planting guidelines and after a week plus it was clear the one plant didnt make it. I reached out to customer service. Sent them photos of both plants and before I knew it I had a replacement. This time the box was in great shape and the plant looked amazing. Cant wait to see how it thrives. Great company! Great customer service. Wont hesitate to order plants from them in the future.

Amazing customer service!
I had a wonderful experience with Perfect Plants. The jasmine plant looked great that I purchased off of Amazon. After a couple weeks, it started to die. I texted Perfect Plants and had such quick caring responses. I immediately received a replacement plant that arrived with leaves and blossoms. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Perfect Plants and will use them again.

From research, some people believe that GE Neri figs are insipid, some have said otherwise.
I am a fig fanatic and like to experiment with unusual figs and tropical plants to see the outcome, so those reviews do not sway my decision to purchase. I appreciate your customer service and the fig plants. I would recommend your nursery to anyone desiring your service.

These plants came quickly and in great condition. We got them planted right away. They look great. I can't wait for them to fill in.
